When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, and message you provide. We collect this information so that we can reply to your inquiry. We do not collect payment information on this site.
Like most websites we receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring page, timestamps) for the requests our servers receive. These logs are retained for normal operational purposes and are not used for advertising.
We use the information you submit through the contact form to respond to your request, deliver the service you asked about, and follow up by email or phone. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose this information to third parties for their marketing.
We use a self-hosted Umami analytics instance to measure aggregate site usage (page views, clicks on key calls to action, contact form submissions). Umami does not set cookies and does not collect information that personally identifies you.
We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. When you submit the contact form, our site fires a conversion event to Google Ads. With Google’s enhanced conversions feature enabled, we additionally send a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your email address and phone number to Google so that Google can attribute the conversion to the ad you clicked. The raw email and phone are hashed in your browser before they are transmitted; Google receives only the hashed values, not the original input. Google may match the hashed values against its own records to improve conversion measurement and ad relevance. For more information see Google’s policies on enhanced conversions for web.
Google Ads also sets standard advertising cookies on your device (for example, the _gcl_aw cookie used to recognize clicks from Google ads). You can opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com.
We retain contact form submissions for as long as we believe an ongoing business relationship is reasonably possible. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
